8 ways to never pay full price online

This time of year it is far easier to browse online than in store, unless you like playing human dodgems with every other shopper on a mission. The internet is a magical thing – there is so much to see & learn right at your fingertips. Below are my tips & tricks of the trade to always find the best price.

  1. Honey – Honey is a chrome extension, which means it sits on your internet toolbar and lets you know if there are any discounts available on any site you visit. It will also give you cash back on certain sites too if you do make a purchase. Once it’s installed you don’t have to do anything, just sit back and enjoy the instant savings šŸ˜Ž Heres a link for you to sign up: JoinHoney
  2. Coupon searching – Now honey is perfect, however, it only works on laptops therefore if you are on your mobile you’re going to need another method. As stupid as it sounds, all you need to do is literally type in on google whatever you want followed by ‘coupon’ or ‘discount’ or ‘code’. For example, I’ve never paid full price for dominos (and Connor eats a lot of dominos šŸ™„) so I just google ‘dominos coupon’ and sites like vouchercodes.co.uk or similar comes up, and all you need to do is copy and paste whatever code you find into the promo code tab usually found on the checkout page. If it doesn’t work, try a different code.
  3. Ebay – Ebay is very underrated. Most think it is just for second-hand stuff, but actually there is a lot of brand new stuff on there for far cheaper than other sites. For example Joules & Superdry have their own eBay stores, which sell all brand new items for cheaper. Its also worth checking out any electrical items you’re after. I purchased my camera on eBay and saved Ā£400, just because it came from Ireland. It was a fully fledge ebay store, selling a brand new unopened item, and is safe through ebays‘ buyers guarantee. Always check the details (particularly condition – should be brand new, exactly what’s in the box, etc etc)
  4. hotukdeals – this site is amazing. Basically, people around the UK find amazing discounts and post it so you can make the most of it too. From electricals to free stuff to stays away, any decent deal you can almost guarantee to find it on there.
  5. HolidayPirates – This is specifically aimed at travel & holidays, but essentially it does the deal searching for you. It’s not a dodgy travel site, but in fact it finds the deals and mistakes made online. For example, aircanada accidentally posted return flights for Ā£200, holiday pirates discovered it and shared it and many benefitted. I also frequently see 7 nights bed & breakfasts for places such as the Algarve from Ā£99. You can set up alerts for certain airports & prices via the app.
  6. Money Saving Expert – This guy is pretty on to it. He has a very handy weekly email, advising of all the deals discovered that week. Especially on things like energy bills & 0% loan deals etc. If you’ve found yourself in debt there’s a big chance his site has the best deal to help you out.
  7. Good ol‘ Google search – Lastly, if all else fails, don’t forget you can just type in what you want on google, and click on shopping, and it will show you the price of the item on different sites (and the postage cost), allowing you to find the best price.

If you follow these steps I can pretty much guarantee you will save money on your purchases. – You’re welcome! šŸ˜ How did you get on with these? How much did you save? Let me know in the comments below!

I say to you, I certainly get irked while people think about worries that they just don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
