In October last year I was given the honour of photographing KatherineAnne’s latest collection, Central Skies. The shoot took place in Katherine’s hometown of Naseby, with Mount Buster lining the backdrop. The photography brief included a dreamy style, harmonious backdrops with a little bit of contrast. i.e. tussock landscapes/blue skies. Whilst the October weather didn’t allow for beautiful blue skies, this worked perfectly to our advantage, as it allowed for the shades of blue in the clothing to stand out against the neutrals of the landscape.
